This page explains how customers of Taxi Estrella (New Star Travel LLC) agree to receive text messages from us.

How you opt in

On our website, in the contact form, right below the message field there is an optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default and reads:

Yes, text me about my ride requests and bookings from Taxi Estrella (replies to my request, driver, vehicle and arrival). Optional, not required to contact us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Checking the box is optional. It is not required to send the form or to use our service, and the form works the same without it. We only send text messages to people who check it.

What messages you receive

Only messages about your ride requests and bookings: replies to your request, the driver assigned with their first name, vehicle and estimated arrival, reservation confirmations, and a notice if the driver cancels. No marketing or promotional messages.

Frequency, cost and how to stop

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
