These terms apply to the taxi and transportation service provided by Taxi Estrella (New Star Travel LLC) in Nashville, Tennessee. By requesting a ride you agree to them.

Requesting a ride

You can request a ride by phone or through our app. A ride is confirmed when we accept it and assign a driver. Availability depends on the time and the area.

Fares and payment

The fare is given to you when you request the ride or is shown in the app, and may change if the trip changes (for example, extra stops, waiting time or a different destination). You can pay with the methods we offer at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate pickup details, be ready at the agreed time and treat drivers with respect. We may refuse or end a ride if the safety of the driver or other people is at risk.

SMS Terms

If you have given us your express consent, Taxi Estrella sends you text messages about your ride requests and bookings, such as replies to your request, driver assigned, driver arriving and reservation confirmations. Consent is optional and is not a condition of the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through our mailing address below, or a message to our Facebook or Instagram page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, New Star Travel LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
