• Pickup and drop off addresses, date and time of your ride, and notes for the driver.
• Your preferred language (English or Spanish).
• Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• If you call us, a record of the call so we can complete and improve your booking.

How we use it

• To book, dispatch and complete your ride.
• To answer your questions and give customer support.
• To send you text messages about your ride requests and bookings, only if you have given us your express consent.
• To keep records required by law and to prevent fraud.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given us their express consent to receive them. Consent is optional and is never a condition of using our service. Messages are about your ride requests and bookings (for example, replies to your request, driver assigned, driver arriving, or reservation confirmation). You can give your consent by checking the optional box in the contact form on this website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your information

We share your name, pickup location and phone number only with the driver assigned to your ride, and with service providers that help us run the service (payments, maps, messaging and phone calls), who may only use it for that purpose. This does not include your SMS opt-in data and consent, which are never shared. We may disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep ride and call records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
